Spice box Indian Masala Dani Ø20

In India everyone prepares their own blends of spices, their Currys. We do not find ready-made Curry powder. Everyone is making a mixture while cooking. For this, we use a box of spices, called Masaladani in India (Hindi).

We can find traditional Indian spices in this box, like coriander, turmeric, pepper, mustard, cardamom, cloves, salt, etc.. But to compose a Masala dani, each family puts spices she uses most frequently and according to his taste. That is why the same Indian recipe or Indian dish cooked by different families, will always give different tastes.
